Even though your region may not be severely affected, a region your order has to pass through may have been. Please allow them extra time to deliver your order.

**Store pick-up policy**
If store pick-up is your chosen method of delivery, you will have 30 days from date of purchase to pick-up your order. If your order is not picked up, it will be donated to a charity that is local to us.
If you place an order for pickup please allow the full 72 hours before you come to get your order. (At certain times we can have orders ready sooner if you need the items for a special occasion. Please just reach out via Facebook or email so we can make those accommodations for you.)
All orders should be shipped within 72 business hours of purchase. (Sunday & Monday are not included in these hours as we are closed and not shipping those 2 days.) Special circumstances may cause a delay in this but we will reach out to you should there be a delay. If you received FREE SHIPPING and you return items from your order, your refund will be a store credit minus the amount it cost us to ship the item to you.
DAMAGES OR MISSING ITEMS: When your package arrives, please inspect all items carefully. Damages and/or missing items MUST be reported to us within 3 days of delivery date in order for replacements to be sent or credits to be given.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
