IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTE:
Please note that USPS has periodically been experiencing COVID-related delays that are different in every region due to this ever-changing pandemic. This has caused delays with shipping and missed tracking scans.

Even though your region may not be severely affected, a region your order has to pass through may have been. Please allow them extra time to deliver your order.

**Store pick-up policy**
If store pick-up is your chosen method of delivery, you will have 30 days from date of purchase to pick-up your order. If your order is not picked up within 30 days, it will be donated to a charity that is local to us. 

If you place an order for pickup please allow the full 72 hours before you come to get your order. (At certain times we can have orders ready sooner if you need the items for a special occasion. Please just reach out via Facebook or email so we can make those accommodations for you.)

 

**Shipping Policy**
All orders should be shipped within 72 business hours of purchase. Special circumstances may cause a delay in this but we will reach out to you should there be a delay. If you received FREE SHIPPING and you return items from your order, your refund will be a store credit minus the amount it cost us to ship the item to you. 

  • We ship orders to the contenintal United States, Alaksa and Hawaii.
  • If you place multiple orders close together, shipping will not be refunded on one of the orders even if we ship them in the same package. 
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the rare case that a package becomes lost we will work with you on filing a claim with the carrier. Please ship packages to a destination you feel is safe. We are not responsible if your package is stolen off your door step or out of your mail box.
  • If your package shows delivered but you do not have it, please check with your local post office first. They can track the package and tell the GEO location of where it was delivered (that way you know if it was delivered to the correct location or not.)
  • You must double check your shipping address to make sure it is absolutely correct. If your address is wrong the post office will attempt to deliver your package to the incorrect address you provided, and it will then get sent back to us (this alone is a 2 weeks plus process). Once we receive your order back our shipping department will email you a new invoice for a new shipping label. Once that invoice is paid, we will reach out and get the correct address and then ship the order again. If the invoice is not paid within 14 days, it will be cancelled and your order will be donated to a local charity. Please note we are not responsible for incorrect addresses so please make sure your address is correct at checkout!
  • ALL SALES FINAL shoes will ship WITHOUT A BOX!
  • DAMAGES OR MISSING ITEMS: When your package arrives, please inspect all items carefully. Damages and/or missing items MUST be reported to us within 3 days of delivery date in order for replacements to be sent or credits to be given.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
